Biography
Claire is an Employee Relations professional in Financial Services, with her most recent role as Interim Head of Employee Relations UK for HSBC. Claire has a breadth of experience in change management, HR strategy, handling complex investigations, grievances and whistleblowing cases involving regulated and non-regulated employees. Claire has spent periods of her career working in the United States and the Channel Islands. Claire is also a volunteer lay panellist for the Teaching Regulation Agency and is particularly looking forward to contributing to the professional standards, strategy and risk management agenda for the IRB.
