Biography
Until 2021 Annette was the Director of Strategy and Engagement at the Financial Ombudsman Service where she had responsibility for strategy development, internal and external communications and public affairs. Annette has extensive experience of regulation, having previously worked at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Ofgem and the National Lottery Commission, with roles spanning public and regulatory policy, consumer issues and enforcement.
Annette has a particular interest in forging strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement.
